  1. Can we have an awning and how much does it cost?
    ​We can supply awnings for an extra fee (please enquire)
  2. Is a hook supplied when we have electricity on the pitch?
    A hook up cable is supplied as standard.

  1. I’m not going to be there at the start of the festival – is that OK?
    It’s fine – we can deliver the caravan the day before if necessary, at no extra charge. We have lots of experience of delivering caravans to festivals. If you’re going to be late arriving, you can pick up the keys from the festival organisers.


  1. There will be no electricity on the site I’ve chosen – can you help?
    No problem – the caravan can has a battery which runs the lights, and the fridge runs off the gas! You may need to order a spare battery or solar panels if you are staying off grid for more than 5 days.
  2. Do you have any caravans that are suitable for 3 adults (3 separate beds)?
    All caravans except the Bailey Pet-friendly have 3 separate beds. The Bailey Pet-friendly can sleep 2 couples.
  3. What is a berth?
    A berth refers to a sleeping space, but be aware that our 4-berth caravans will not always accommodate four separate adults sleeping separately, as some have a double (fixed) bed.
